Ngorongoro Crater
Your first glimpse of stunning Ngorongoro will likely come from the heavily forested viewpoint. Ringed on all sides by the tropical forest draped walls of the caldera, Ngorongoro looks like something out of myth. One of the best places in the country to see the endangered black rhinoceros, the park is home to the entirety of the big five and is a particularly good place to see lions and cape buffalo year-round
Is a protected area and a world heritage site located 180 km (110miles) west of Arusha north of karatu and east of the Serengeti National Park, a three-hour drive from Arusha town. The area is named after a large volcano caldera within the area that forms a popular watering hole for many of Tanzania’s wildlife. Its size is 8,300sq km (3204sq m).The area was initially part of the Serengeti National Park and it was designated as a residence to the Maasai people in 1959.

Ngorongoro includes a senes of volcanos ora of which (oldonyo lengai)is still active, a large volcano that breaks down within itself leaving a crater 610m (2,000ft) deep and 260sq km (100sq mi).it is close to 2500 large animals, mostly ungulates live in the crater. Large animal in the crater includes Black Rhino, Lions, elephants, zebra, flamingos and plethora of other wildlife can be found quite only in this are.
